  • Provide your guests, friends, customers, or co-workers with nine Bloom Bar buckets of flowers and fillers to create a beautiful centerpiece or take-home bouquet.

    *Enough blooms for approximately 15 bouquets.

  • Provide your guests, friends, customers, or co-workers with twelve Bloom Bar buckets of flowers and fillers to create a beautiful centerpiece or take-home bouquet.

    *Enough blooms for approximately 20-25 bouquets.

We believe that this care and attention to detail will be apparent in each product we provide. Here at Rich View Farm we want you to love your dahlias as much as we do. Our Guarantee

We stand behind every product we sell and want our customers to be happy and satisfied. If, for any reason, you would like to return the tuber that you have received, please get in touch with us within 5 days of receiving your order for return instructions. We guarantee that our products are viable upon arrival. The guarantee covers the current season’s orders, and we are not responsible for customer negligence, shipping issues, weather conditions, rodent damage, winter storage, or the performance of plants in the following seasons.

Product Arrival 

When your product arrives, inspect it right away. Any errors or issues upon receiving and before planting must be reported within 5 business days of receiving. Any mold or rot should be reported within 2 business days of receiving. Your tuber will arrive in a medium of peat moss and in an unsealed plastic bag. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to appropriately store the tuber according to The American Dahlia Society immediately upon arrival. The tuber must be stored until the appropriate planting dates based on the growers location. 

Orders

All orders are final and can not be cancelled or changed after payment is received. Items placed in carts are not guaranteed or reserved until purchase is completed, and the purchaser has received an order number/confirmation email. 

Shipping

Dahlia tubers are shipped in the Spring once the danger of frost is past in OUR zone. We do not plan to start shipping until mid-late April. Some orders may not ship until mid-May as we are completely at the mercy of the weather, but we do make efforts to start shipping before that once weather allows. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the package tracking number on the evening your order has shipped. Remember, we ship all retail orders through the United States Post office, so we need your mailing address. Once your order leaves our farm we are not responsible for orders lost or damaged in shipping. All issues with shipping can be addressed with the USPS. 

Multiple orders

Once an order is placed, we cannot add or subtract items. If you want any additional items not included in your original order, simply place a new order. Shipping is a very labor intensive and manual process. Combining orders into one shipment adds a significant amount of processing time. We want to spend our time providing the best product possible. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Virus

According to the American Dahlia Society Genome Project, dahlias and viruses have coexisted for thousands of years. The American Dahlia Society recommends we have procedures in place when handling and processing all our tubers to ensure that tools are sterilized between each clump. We have invested heavily in this and feel that we provide the best tuber possible. 

Variety Shortage

Due to the unpredictability of the products we work with, it occasionally occurs that we can not provide a tuber that was previously ordered. If this situation occurs, the customer will be notified through the email. The customer will be given the option for a refund or a substitution of another available variety.
